TIPS AND TRICKS
There is an easy way to pick up your baby and keep them safe. Don't pick them up by their armpits/chest. Their head is the most wobbly, the neck is weak. Wrap them in a swaddle or just pick them up in their onesie. The best way is to hold their feet together with one hand, then scoop under them with the other hand from the feet to the neck. Cradle the neck in your scoop hand and pick them up. So easy and you have total safe hold of the baby. I call it the "baby scoop."
